For products available exclusively from import, the production time is 2 days, while the delivery time varies from 7 to 15 days. These products are paid for online and shipped directly from the supplier to your address (anywhere in the world). All shipments are insured against damage or significant delays. In case of damage, although it is not our fault, we will send you a replacement product once we confirm that the damage occurred during transport. In such cases, please send us a complaint.
